Step 1 of 5

Which entry permit do you need?

The important choice is single versus multiple entry — whether you may re-enter the UAE after leaving. The same permit applies to everyone on this application; add family members at the next step.

Tourist entry permitsPer person, in AED
Single entry— one journey in. Leave the UAE and the permit ends.
Multiple entry— come and go as often as you like while it is valid.
Processing speed
Approval is not guaranteed. We prepare and submit your application; the decision rests solely with UAE immigration authorities. If a permit is refused, our service fee for that person is refunded in full — the government fee is set by, and paid to, the authority and is non-refundable once submitted.
Step 2 of 5

Who is travelling?

Add everyone travelling on this application — families are processed together under one reference and one payment. Enter every name exactly as printed in the passport; a mismatch is the single most common cause of rejection.

Step 3 of 5

Upload documents

Each traveller needs their own set. You can add as many files as you like to any box — both sides of a card, several passport pages, whatever you have. JPG, PNG or PDF up to 5 MB per file, colour scans only.

Per applicant0 of 1 complete
Why photographs get rejectedOff-white or grey backgrounds, shadows behind the head, a cropped chin or hairline, and phone photos taken against a wall are the four most common causes. Upload it anyway if you're unsure — we check every file by hand and will ask for a replacement rather than submit one that fails.
Step 4 of 5

Travel protection

Optional cover, issued per traveller alongside each permit. You are free to decline it for anyone, or arrange your own — the application proceeds either way.

Visitor medical insuranceAED 90 per person
What the cover includes
Emergency medical treatment and hospitalisation anywhere in the UAE for the full validity of the permit, underwritten by a UAE-licensed insurer. The certificate is emailed with the permit. This is not a government charge and is not required for your application to be submitted.
You can decline this. Visitor medical insurance is not a condition of the entry permit, and declining it will not affect your application or its processing time. Some airlines and a few nationalities do require proof of cover at check-in — check your carrier's conditions before travelling.
Step 5 of 5

Review and pay

Check every detail against each passport. Once submitted to the immigration portal, corrections require a new application and a new government fee.
